The Traditional Services are for those who prefer a more traditional worship environment with thought-provoking and engaging messages based on the Bible. These services include traditional liturgy, great hymns of our faith as well as some of the newer praise and worship songs. The services are enhanced by the Foundry Choir and Symphonic Band.
The Foundry Choir is made up of volunteer singers who love to worship through song. They rehearse each week and prepare not only the music for the weeks ahead, but also their hearts as they lead in worship. If you are high school age or above, you are welcome to join us. Rehearsals are Wednesdays at 7:15 p.m. in the choir room and childcare is available.
Foundry Band provides an outlet for instrumentalists to use their talents in worship to God. If you are high school age or older, we would love to have you audition to be a part of our ministry.
Children’s Choir (Treble Makers) is for students in 3rd – 6th grade. They meet weekly during the school year and perform throughout the year in our services. They sing, dance, play games and praise God. Come make a joyful noise to the Lord!
The Pipe Organ is one of the highlights of the Traditional Services. Built by Hellmuth Wolff, a world class craftsman from Montreal, Quebec, the unique organ design includes a beautifully proportioned three-manual, 47-stop mechanical action organ. Each keyboard has 56 keys, and the pedalboard has 30 pedals. Pipes range in size from 32 feet to less than an inch long, and the free-standing wooden case contains approximately 3,016 pipes. Upon completion in Canada, it took an additional 3 months to install in our Sanctuary.
